* Experience: At least four years of professional experience as a Legal Supervisor within the palm oil or plantation industry.
* Mobility: Must be available for occasional business travel to operational sites.
2. HRIS Administrator (Jakarta Head Office)
We are looking for an organized administrator to streamline our human resource data systems.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven capability in managing HRIS systems for employee data administration.
* Mobility: Must be willing to conduct site visits as needed.
3. IT Support Site (North Kalimantan)
We are looking for a technical expert to ensure the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure at our plantation sites.
* Requirements: Minimum vocational (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Network Engineering or Informatics.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC assembly, hardware troubleshooting, CCTV maintenance, and fundamental networking, including IP addressing and Mikrotik configuration.
* System Knowledge: Expert-level capability in Windows and Linux OS installations.
