We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates to join our 2026 cohort. We offer two distinct pathways designed to accelerate your professional trajectory:
1. The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program (KHTP)
This 12-month immersive experience is tailored for future leaders who possess a passion for the food industry. Participants will gain a holistic view of the organization, learning directly from senior executives while exploring various business functions to understand the intricate journey from raw ingredients to iconic ABC products.
2. Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT)
The GMT program is designed for those eager to specialize in the industrial and technical side of our operations. Over the course of a year, trainees focus on mastering the manufacturing landscape, fostering a business-oriented mindset, and building essential leadership capabilities within our plant environments.

## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who embody excellence and are ready to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced global company:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.30/4.00.
* Status: Must be graduating no later than August 2026.
* Experience: No more than 2 years of professional work experience post-graduation.
* Preferred Majors: Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical engineering backgrounds are highly advantageous for the GMT program.
* Skills: Proficiency in written and oral English, combined with strong demonstrated leadership potential.
* Mobility: Candidates must possess the flexibility and willingness to relocate if required by business needs.
