We are currently expanding our corporate legal division and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team in Central Java.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, draft, and thoroughly review various corporate legal documents and contracts.
* Handle industrial licensing processes, including navigating the Online Single Submission (OSS) system and environmental permits.
* Ensure corporate compliance across all subsidiary business units within the group.
* Manage legal correspondence and coordinate with external stakeholders when necessary.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from an accredited university.
Experience Level: Approximately 1 year of professional experience in a related legal role. Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records and a strong grasp of corporate law are strongly encouraged to apply.*
