Core Responsibilities
The General Affair Supervisor will act as a vital pillar in managing physical assets, corporate infrastructure, and regional facilities. Key duties include:
* Branch Expansion & Infrastructure: Actively sourcing strategic properties for new branch offices and overseeing comprehensive building renovation projects.
* Architectural Oversight: Taking charge of precise measurements and planning for building construction and layout optimization.
* Inventory Management: Managing the procurement, distribution, and inventory control of all branch office equipment and supplies.
* Asset Maintenance: Implementing rigorous maintenance schedules to preserve the value and functionality of all company assets across assigned branches.
