1. HRD Manager
As our Human Resources Development Manager, you will oversee personnel operations, employee relations, and talent management to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an HR management role.
* Key Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication and advanced team management capabilities.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, including the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja*) and general manpower regulations.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
We are searching for a dynamic Business Manager to lead, supervise, and mentor our workforce. In this capacity, you will architect robust business strategies, oversee daily operations, and cultivate strong relationships with external business partners.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working as a driver.
* Competencies: Strong leadership, effective communication, and exceptional team management skills.
* Technical Knowledge: A genuine interest in and understanding of automotive maintenance and vehicle repairs.
Licensing: Must possess a valid minimum Class B1 Driving License (SIM B1*).
* Location: Domiciled in Gresik or Surabaya.
