We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following roles, primarily based in our headquarters in Pangandaran, West Java.
1. Management Trainee (MT) Marine - Product Marketing Specialist
This role focuses on the development and marketing of marine products. You will analyze market trends, support sales activities, and enhance our business footprint in the marine industry.
* Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business, Marine/Fisheries, or Food Tech. Strong interest in commercial business and proficiency in English are essential.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research, assist in product positioning, and collaborate with marine teams to improve overall business performance.
2. Management Trainee (MT) General
Designed for high-potential graduates, this program offers direct exposure to strategic projects and executive decision-making processes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a top university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Key Responsibilities: Support cross-departmental operations, conduct data analysis, and assist senior management with strategic initiatives.
3. Management Trainee (MT) HR Expatriate
