1. HSE Assistant Manager
As an HSE lead, you will be responsible for upholding the highest safety standards across our shipyard operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HSE management systems, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, conducting site audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in OHSE or Engineering; minimum 5 years of managerial experience. Mandatory certifications include NEBOSH, OHSMS, ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3 Lead Auditor, and AK3. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is essential.
2. Project Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in ship repair. Candidates must be adept at project coordination, scope definition, and team management within the Oil & Gas or shipyard sectors. Proficiency in MS Office and English is required.
3. Piping Supervisor
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related field. Applicants must possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a shipyard environment, specifically handling steel work for vessel repairs. English proficiency is mandatory.
4. Commercial Officer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related field. Candidates should have at least 5 years of professional experience in shipyard operations, with a strong background in steel work and vessel repair processes. English proficiency is a prerequisite.
5. Electrical Engineer
* Requirements: Expertise in power distribution, control systems, and electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB. You must be well-versed in industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and safety codes. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are required.
6. Mechanical Position
