ANJ is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see if your qualifications align with our operational needs.
1. Quality Assurance Engineering
This role involves meticulous monitoring of operational integrity across both Central Workshop & Transport (CWT) departments and mill facilities.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of warehouse administration, transport logistics, and mill stations (Sterilizer, Pressing, Clarification, etc.). You will also manage data compilation for Mill and CWT rankings and generate detailed performance reports.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop/Manufacturing Assistant or Mill Assistant in the palm oil industry.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SPSS.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
2. Forestry Staff
This position is critical for managing the life cycle of sago production, from harvesting to factory logistics.
* Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the felling, assembly, and extraction of sago logs while ensuring workforce safety and material availability. You will provide guidance to field teams to ensure all production targets are met on schedule.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Forest Plantations (HTI).
* Strong knowledge of cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting cycles.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
3. Chief Security Officer
The Chief Security Officer ensures the safety of company assets and maintains a secure working environment through effective management and liaison.
* Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate in-house and third-party security operations, conduct security assessments, and provide essential induction training for new personnel.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in any major. Candidates with a security background or retired military/police personnel are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in remote areas.
* Familiarity with security management systems and local law enforcement liaison.
* Gada Madya or Gada Utama certification is a distinct advantage.
* Willingness to be stationed in East Belitung or Sorong, West Papua (1-year contract).
4. Heavy Equipment Assistant
This role focuses on optimizing fleet utility and ensuring the seamless operation of heavy machinery.
* Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage the distribution of heavy equipment, maximize vehicle productivity, and strictly enforce workplace safety protocols to minimize accidents.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment management, preferably within the plantation or mining sectors.
* Strong multitasking abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
