General Qualifications
To be considered for the BDP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or those with a maximum of two years of professional experience).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive six-month basic development training program.
* Mobility: Willingness to be deployed at any of our operational sites in Central or West Kalimantan.
Specialized Streams
