## Core Responsibilities and Requirements
To ensure the smooth operation of our inventory and logistics processes, the ideal candidate must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, with a specific focus on Excel for data management and reporting.
* Administrative Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing records.
* Operational Knowledge: A solid understanding of distribution workflows, inventory tracking, and stock management is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to function effectively both as a team player and an independent contributor.
* Availability: Must be willing to commit to a six-day work week.
