## Current Career Opportunity: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
DSLNG is looking for a dedicated and meticulous professional to fill the position of LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer. This role is integral to maintaining the company’s commercial efficiency and ensuring seamless LNG distribution to our global partners.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of operational and commercial duties, including:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compiling necessary data to establish precise shipping schedules and delivery projections, ensuring timely negotiations.
* Contractual Liaison: Coordinating and negotiating with buyers to ensure the effective implementation of LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
* Logistical Documentation: Managing all cargo-related documentation, including loading/unloading instructions and port authority requirements to ensure compliance and timely dispatch.
* Inventory Management: Proposing weekly inventory management plans and coordinating with field teams to optimize shipment schedules.
* Commercial Administration: Calculating and drafting LNG cargo billing based on JCC standards and overseeing spot cargo and vessel charter agreements.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing departmental budgets and tracking expenditures to ensure full compliance with approved financial plans.
* Strategic Reporting: Generating accurate and timely internal and external reports, including management summaries and tender documentation.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial experience within the oil and gas industry is required.
* Employment Terms: This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probationary period.
