We are looking for passionate individuals ready to merge creative design with technical excellence. If you are a high achiever who thrives on innovation, you may be the perfect fit for our team.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* Technical Portfolio: A high-quality portfolio demonstrating strong design and prototyping capabilities, supported by thorough documentation.
* Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge in Mobile Development (Kotlin or Swift) and familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
* Commitment: Full availability for a one-year intensive training program, followed by a one-year professional commitment.
