## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our teams remain at the cutting edge of industry standards, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria based on their chosen role:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field of study.
* Technical Proficiency (Position No. 1): Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of GIT software tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Mid-to-Senior Experience (Positions No. 3 through 5): Accumulate at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Junior-to-Mid Experience (Positions No. 6 and 7): Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the same capacity within the EPC or Oil and Gas sectors.
* Executive Experience (Position No. 2): Bring at least 10 years of extensive working experience specifically within the mining sector.
* Software Mastery: Exhibit complete fluency in industry-specific software pertinent to the applied position.
* Availability: Be prepared to join the company on short notice (preferably within a timeframe of less than one month).
