## Open Position: Administrative Trainee (Kasie/KTU)
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to participate in our intensive management trainee program. This role is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the sustainable plantation industry, providing direct mentorship from seasoned experts in the field.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our plantation units. Your core duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day plantation administration, including workforce scheduling and personnel processing.
* Financial Integrity: Verifying financial reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Asset Management: Coordinating inter-departmental requirements and maintaining the orderly tracking of company assets, equipment, and inventory.
* Logistics Support: Ensuring that essential facilities and logistical resources are prepared to support the daily needs of our field staff.
* Compliance Audits: Conducting routine inspections and rectifying any administrative findings in accordance with company policy.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Those with up to one year of professional experience or relevant internship experience in plantation administration will be prioritized.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced command of Excel and Word.
