## Open Positions and Requirements
We are actively recruiting for the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see where your expertise fits best.
Operational & Technical Roles
1. Foreman Mechanic (South Sumatera)
* Role: Ensure maintenance and repairs align with SOPs, monitor equipment performance (Physical Availability, MTBF, MTTR), and prioritize breakdown units.
* Requirements: STM/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering; 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in mining; POP certification; strong leadership and analytical skills.
2. Foreman Production (South Sumatera)
* Role: Supervise daily production targets, ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, and manage team schedules.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old; SMK graduate; 3+ years of production foreman experience; POP certificate; strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Plant Engineer (South Sumatera)
* Role: Provide technical analysis and recommendations for equipment modification, troubleshoot performance issues, and monitor machinery health.
* Requirements: Male, S1 Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years of relevant experience; proficient in technical software and project management.
4. Senior Mechanic (South Sumatera)
* Role: Execute detailed unit repairs, conduct routine maintenance, and maintain accurate documentation of unit status.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old; SMK graduate; 5+ years handling heavy equipment; BMC certification preferred.
5. Supervisor Maintenance (South Sumatera)
* Role: Oversee maintenance activities, ensure resource availability (spare parts/materials), and guarantee workshop compliance with SHE regulations.
* Requirements: SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years as a Plant Supervisor; POP certification preferred; expert in technical repair and team management.
Specialized & Support Roles
* Plant Superintendent: S1 degree, 5+ years of experience, strong leadership, and POP certificate. (Focus: Total site maintenance management).
* Maintenance Planner: SMK/D3, 1+ year experience, skilled in MS Excel/CMMS. (Focus: Scheduling and spare part monitoring).
* Trainer Mechanic: SMK Mechanical, 3+ years mining training experience. (Focus: Competency development and curriculum design).
* Trainer Operator: SMK/D3, 2+ years training heavy equipment. (Focus: Instruction and evaluation of operator skills).
* HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Jakarta): Bachelor’s in Psychology/HR/Management, 3+ years experience in OD, performance management, and talent development.
* Purchasing Officer: D3 degree, 2+ years in procurement, expert in negotiation and vendor management.
Field Equipment Operations
* Excavator Operator: SMA/SMK, valid SIO/SIM BII, 1+ year mining experience. Must be physically fit and willing to work in remote locations.
* Dump Truck Driver: SMP/SMA, valid SIM BII, 1+ year mining experience. Specifically looking for candidates familiar with Quester CWE 730 units.
