## Now Hiring: Management Trainee (MT) Engineering
We are seeking forward-thinking individuals who possess a strong technical background and natural leadership capabilities. This structured program is designed to fast-track your path toward key leadership roles within our engineering division.
We are currently recruiting for two specialized streams:
1. Management Trainee (MT) Mechanical Engineering
2. Management Trainee (MT) Electrical Engineering
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this program, candidates must meet the following academic and technical criteria:
General Qualifications
* Hold an Associate Degree (D3/D4) or a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a closely related technical field.
* We warmly welcome application submissions from fresh graduates. Prior experience in maintenance or leadership roles is considered a significant advantage.
* Graduated from a reputable, well-accredited university.
* Strong team player with excellent collaborative skills.
* Willingness to be stationed full-time at our modern facility in Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java.
Key Competencies & Soft Skills
* Proficiency in industry-standard engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Autodesk Inventor.
* Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in solving technical challenges.
* Proven leadership potential and a strong drive to learn.
Stream-Specific Technical Knowledge
* For Mechanical MTs: Solid understanding of mechanical components, including gearboxes, bearings, and related physical drive systems.
* For Electrical MTs: Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical control panels, and star-delta motor starting configurations.
