* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience operating as an HR Generalist, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse workforce needs.
* Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to execute high-level HR strategies that align with corporate objectives.
* Adaptability: A fast learner with a proactive attitude toward mastering new systems, industry trends, and professional challenges.
