## Management Trainee (MT) Batch 2 Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major, with a strong preference for Marketing or Mechanical Engineering. For university graduates (S1), a minimum GPA of 3.5 is required, with preference given to majors in Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.
