* Key Responsibilities: Managing general HR administrative tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, implementing HR strategies, and maintaining efficient filing systems.
* Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma, 1+ year of experience in the travel industry, possessing a valid driver's license (SIM A/C), and a proven ability to meet weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
2. Sales (Agents & Operations Executive)
You will be the bridge between our travel programs and our network of agents.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing agent recruitment, providing comprehensive information on itineraries and flight details, preparing legal documentation (contracts and commission forms), and conducting pre-flight briefings for clients.
* Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma, 1+ year of travel industry experience, possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C), and strong interpersonal capabilities.
