The Role: Junior Operator – Driving Operational Excellence
As a Junior Operator based in Cilamaya, Karawang, you will become a crucial member of our Operations Department. Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
* System Operation: Safely and efficiently operating and monitoring Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCP) systems.

* Data Management: Conducting routine inspections, meticulously recording operational data, and promptly reporting any abnormalities.
* Technical Interpretation: Interpreting complex technical drawings and operational manuals, including P&ID diagrams, logic diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Chemical System Support: Assisting with the monitoring and treatment of chemical systems essential for plant integrity.

Who We Are Looking For: Essential Qualifications

* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant operational work experience, preferably gained within a power generation plant or heavy industrial setting. Exceptional fresh graduates demonstrating robust technical aptitude are also strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of CCP operations, water chemistry principles, power plant schematics, and industry-specific terminology.
