## Career Opportunities at KIDECO Jaya Agung
We are actively recruiting for various specialized roles focused on safety, environmental stewardship, and operational integrity. All positions require a willingness to be based in Paser, East Kalimantan, with a roster system of 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off.
Safety Department Openings
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to uphold our "Safety First" culture.
* Safety Investigation: Manage incident reports, monitor recommendations, and implement health and safety programs. Requires a Bachelor’s in OHS/Engineering, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and POP/Incident Investigation certification.
* Safety Inspector (Mining): Conduct field inspections and manage operational safety. Requires a Bachelor’s in OHS, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.
* Safety Inspector (Electrical/Mechanical/Construction/Port & Marine): We are seeking specialists for each of these critical infrastructure areas to perform field investigations and ensure compliance with K3 management systems (ISO, OHSAS, SMKP). These roles require a Bachelor’s in OHS/Engineering and 2 years of related experience.
* Safety Patrol (Coordinator): Lead and manage the safety patrol team to ensure consistent health and safety compliance across the site. Requires 1–2 years of experience and OHS/POP certification.
Environmental Stewardship
* Water Management Staff: Responsible for wastewater management, monitoring WTP/WWTP facilities, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (SPARING, SIMPEL, PROPER).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though 1 year of experience is preferred. Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential.
## Key Requirements for All Candidates
To maintain the highest operational standards, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a relevant technical engineering discipline.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Certification: Preference is given to those holding POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification and relevant industry-standard safety qualifications.
* Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a team environment, work independently, and commit to the 6-weeks-on/2-weeks-off roster system in East Kalimantan.
