1. Information Development Staff (Code: Staf PSI)
* Responsibilities: Develop and design auxiliary systems, ensure compliance with technical standards, manage development documentation, collaborate with internal/external vendors, and provide support for production environments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in systems development. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and .NET. Strong understanding of complex SQL query optimization.
2. Investment Product Administration Staff (Code: Staf API)
* Responsibilities: Manage project operations for investment products, oversee data migration, administer investor data, generate transaction reports, and handle user inquiries via email and phone.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in capital markets preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Business Development Staff (Code: Staf PUS)
* Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, create specifications for new products, draft user manuals, conduct training sessions, and collaborate on business optimization.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 3.00) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Fintech. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling. TOEFL score of at least 500.
4. Account Management Staff (Code: Staf PRK)
* Responsibilities: Review and approve investor account openings (SID), monitor account operational activities, handle sub-account freezing, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5. Transaction Settlement Staff (Code: Staf PTR)
* Responsibilities: Monitor daily securities and fund settlements for exchange and non-exchange transactions, and coordinate responses to operational hurdles.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Accounting, Economics, or Management. 1–2 years of experience in capital markets or banking.
6. IT Operations Staff (Code: Staf OTI)
* Responsibilities: Manage and operate IT systems, perform troubleshooting for applications and databases, provide administrative support, and execute IT project tasks.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Computer Science or IT. Knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
7. Information System Security Staff (Code: Staf KSI)
* Responsibilities: Conduct cyber-threat risk assessments, mitigate system vulnerabilities, analyze security policies, manage security tools (SIEM, DLP), and lead incident response efforts.
