The IT Technical Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our site operations. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of essential hardware, software, networking equipment, and radio communications tools utilized across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on IT infrastructure.
* Repairing hardware, software, and networking components.
* Managing and supporting Radio HT communication systems.
* Ensuring the reliability of LAN/WAN and FTP connectivity at project locations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Radio/Communication technician role.
* Core Skills: Strong technical proficiency in hardware, software, and network installations.
* Certification: Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is mandatory.
