## Available Positions

1. Finance Accounting Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Location: South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage VAT and withholding tax reporting and reconciliation.
* Record incoming (BRV) and outgoing (BDV) funds using the Accurate system.
* Oversee head office petty cash, handle reimbursement claims, and perform reconciliations.
* Process vendor payments, ensuring all underlying documentation is verified and complete.
* Reconcile throughput, discharge, and tenant overtime records.
* Generate invoices and receipts for tenants.
* Track purchase orders (PO) and realization of payment requests.
* Prepare and submit weekly cash flow updates.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of payment workflows and journal entries.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel expert preferred).
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Article 21, 23, and Final).
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute loading and unloading operations for trucks and vessels according to customer schedules and strict safety standards.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports and documentation.
* Verify and inspect transport modes alongside product owners.
* Ensure operational cleanliness and workspace safety.
* Perform preventive maintenance on terminal infrastructure.
* Operate pumping equipment and monitor operational systems.
* Actively participate in HSE programs and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo ships, mining, or oil and gas.
* Residency in or willingness to relocate to Samarinda is prioritized.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (K3) documentation.
* Generate routine HSE reports for the Pro Trans International holding group.
* Monitor compliance between internal policies and government regulations.
* Plan and implement site safety and environmental procedures.
* Audit terminal equipment to ensure compliance with government standards.
* Identify hazards and oversee contractor performance regarding SOPs, JSA, and work permits.

Candidate Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (Occupational Safety concentration) or Engineering.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial or assistant-managerial role.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
* Expertise in safety procedures and field performance evaluation.

4. Maintenance (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute periodic maintenance on company assets.
* Analyze equipment failures and implement timely, efficient solutions.
* Evaluate potential hazards associated with maintenance tasks in coordination with HSE and Operations teams.
* Schedule and oversee equipment re-calibration and official certification.

Candidate Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, oil and gas, or mining sectors.
* Capability to work in a shift-based environment.
