We are hiring skilled operators for our Urea and Ammonia plants. These roles are open to candidates with the following educational backgrounds:
* SMA: Natural Sciences (IPA).
* SMK: Chemical Analysis, Laboratory Testing, Process Instrumentation, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, and related technical fields.
* Managing plant process units during operation, start-up, and shut-down phases.
* Ensuring strict adherence to Key Operating Parameters and safety work permits.
* Conducting continuous monitoring and maintaining detailed operational logs.
* Collaborating with supervisors to suggest equipment modifications for improved performance.
* Participating in energy efficiency programs to optimize facility output.
