## Administrative and Financial Roles
1. Staff Admin Accounting / Finance (Code: ADM)
* Responsibilities: Generate periodic sales reports and ensure all sales administration and billing processes adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT).
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is highly preferred.
* Location: Bekasi. Must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Staff Admin Warehouse (Code: ADM LOG)
* Responsibilities: Manage shipping and receiving reports, ensure logistical procedures are followed, and maintain stock availability.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in a similar administrative warehouse role.
* Must not be color blind and must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
3. Chief Administrator (Code: KADM)
* Responsibilities: Oversee order processing, returns, and billing documentation to ensure full compliance with internal procedures.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Strong proficiency in Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales/Finance/Accounting Supervisor.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a resilient mindset.
## Warehouse and Operations Leadership
4. Warehouse Manager (Code: KALOG)
* Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor incoming inventory, oversee goods organization, and manage shipping preparation for clients.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management or Business-related fields.
* Advanced Excel skills and minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing.
* Locations: Bali & Manado.
5. Warehouse Operator / Helper (Code: WORKER)
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Quick learner, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
## Logistics and Technical Roles
6. Cargo Driver (Code: DRIVER)
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Must hold a valid B/B1/B2 or B2 General Driver’s License.
* Minimum 2 years of experience driving cargo or double-axle trucks.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
7. Forklift Operator (Code: FORKLIFT)
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Must possess a valid SIO (Operator License) for forklifts.
* Physically fit, not color blind, and fully vaccinated.
8. Value Added Service (VAS) Officer (Code: Vas Officer)
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
