We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Production Foreman in East Cikarang. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of efficiency and quality that define the Djabesmen group.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation of production machinery to ensure full compliance with established manufacturing standards.
* Supervise production workflows to meet rigorous quantity and quality benchmarks.
* Maintain precise documentation and logs for all production-related activities.
* Coordinate material flow and requirements to align with production schedules.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize overall manufacturing performance.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred; high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of production processes, Asset Management (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement principles, 5S methodology, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership, clear communication, personal integrity, accountability, and professional resilience.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
* Location: Positioned at our manufacturing facility in East Cikarang.
