Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the STAR XXII program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Academic Background:
* STAR Agronomy: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
* STAR Accounting: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting.
* STAR Engineering: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive six-month intensive training program.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of the company’s operational regions.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong teamwork capabilities, integrity, discipline, accountability, and a high drive for success.
