## Position Overview: Logistics Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Logistics Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in bridging our production floor and supply chain operations, ensuring that materials flow seamlessly and safety standards remain uncompromised.
## Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates must meet specific educational, technical, and behavioral benchmarks designed to maintain our high operational standards.
1. Educational Background and Experience
* Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, with a preference for technical majors such as Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on working experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or maintenance environment.
2. Technical Skills and Competencies
* Production & Maintenance: Capable of operating production machinery, understanding Work Instructions (WI) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and grasping the fundamentals of preventive maintenance (including visual checks, lubrication, and minor replacements).
* Logistics & Supply Chain: Solid understanding of logistics workflows, covering inventory storage, inventory logging, and precise goods recording.
* Equipment Handling: Must possess an active driving license (SIM A) for operational duties and hold certification or proven ability to operate a forklift.
* Digital Literacy: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel or manual inventory tracking systems.
3. Professional Attributes and Workplace Standards
* Work Ethics: High levels of personal initiative, strong a sense of responsibility, and strict adherence to company SOPs and Occupational Health and Safety (K3/HSE) regulations.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in organizing, recording, packaging, and maintaining tools and inventory.
* Methodology: Familiarity with and commitment to the 5R/5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
