Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: Previous experience of at least one year in a food-processing environment is highly valued; however, fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
* Character: Candidates must possess a high level of integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive work ethic.
* Availability: Applicants must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
