1. Management Trainee
Our MT Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of company leaders through intensive mentorship and hands-on project experience.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics).
* Minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university.
* Maximum age of 25 years old as of April 2026.
* Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency.
* Proven leadership potential and a collaborative team spirit.
2. Accounting Staff (Fixed Assets)
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our financial infrastructure and fixed asset accuracy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee fixed asset verification, registration, and reporting.
* Reconcile asset movements with financial statements.
* Support both internal and external audit requirements.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* At least 3 years of experience specializing in fixed assets.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of depreciation principles.
3. PPIC Staff
This role is vital for ensuring seamless production cycles through efficient material management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and track schedules for local and imported material arrivals.
* Coordinate with Production, QC, and R&D departments to align material availability with demand.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or material planning.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, MRP planning, and forecasting concepts.
4. Chemical Analyst

* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct chemical analysis on process solutions and laboratory samples.
* Manage wastewater treatment plant (WTP) processes and maintain demineralized water installations.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Chemical Analysis.
* Strong foundational knowledge of lab analysis and instrumentation.
* Disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within production environments.
5. Database Administrator
Help us optimize our digital backbone by ensuring data integrity within the SAP system.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain SAP system records.
* Execute data cleansing to resolve duplications and inaccuracies.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
