1. Intake Operator
The Intake Operator ensures the seamless flow of raw materials into our production cycle while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Verify raw materials from the warehouse and coordinate bin loading.
* Monitor material usage to prevent inventory errors.
* Maintain the intake area to ensure zero contamination.
* Operate control panels safely and ensure intake lines are prepped for shift changes.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge of material handling, intake management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
* Strong attention to detail and disciplined work ethic.
2. Control Panel Operator
This role is critical for the oversight of our automated systems, ensuring that production remains efficient and within quality specifications.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute production processes according to established work instructions.
* Manage additives and ensure machinery readiness.
* Coordinate with line operators and prepare comprehensive shift reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

3. Bagging & Crumble Operator
The Bagging & Crumble Operator oversees the final stage of the production line, ensuring our products are packaged to the highest standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare packaging, labels, and expiration coding per the daily production plan.
* Verify weight accuracy and ensure packaging machinery is in top condition.
* Manage pallet preparation and maintain clean sieves for different product batches.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Familiarity with bagging, sewing, and weighing machinery.
* Solid understanding of quality control standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
4. Production Operator (Press & Extruder)
This technical role focuses on the core machinery responsible for the physical structure and quality of our aquatic feed.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare raw materials and ensure the readiness of mixers, presses, and extruders.
* Monitor and adjust critical parameters like temperature, steam, and screw settings.
* Manage Critical Control Points (CCP) to ensure optimal feed quality.
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Knowledge of Press & Extruder production systems.
* Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting and parameter adjustments.
* Analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
