Head Office and Management Roles
* Sales Staff (Ref: HO_StafPenjualan)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing preferred, GPA min 3.00), at least 1 year of sales experience in surveying, mining, or banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
* Head of Accounting & Tax Section (Ref: HO_Kepalaseksiakun&pajak)
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old, Bachelor’s in Accounting/Tax (GPA min 3.00). Must hold Brevet A & B certificates, possess at least 3 years of experience (1 year in a supervisory role), and exhibit strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
* Project Management (Ref: HO-PMOPS)
* Requirements: Max 28 years old, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Geology, Mining, Geodesy, Shipbuilding, Industrial, or Metallurgy) or Science (Biology/Chemistry). Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in technical sales. Must be adept at converting technical data into persuasive sales tools.
Technical and Operational Roles
* Surveyor (Locations: Berau, Samarinda, Kendari)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geodesy, Mining, or Shipbuilding. Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1 year of experience is preferred. Candidates must be familiar with ISO/IEC 17020 standards and demonstrate high initiative, integrity, and discipline.
* UWK Analyst (Location: Kendari)
* Requirements: Diploma in Chemical Analysis (min 2 years experience) or Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry (fresh graduate). Knowledge of coal and nickel analysis, as well as ISO 17025 standards, is highly preferred. Must be capable of working in shifts.
