## Job Overview: Warehouse Operation Team

Core Responsibilities
Team members will handle the physical and digital flow of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring every order meets strict internal benchmarks. Key duties include:
* Order Picking: Execute swift and accurate item retrieval based on strict time-sensitive system prompts.
* Item Sorting: Categorize and route retrieved merchandise to designated racking zones to streamline the verification phase.
* Quality Checking: Inspect products thoroughly to guarantee pristine condition and immediate readiness for the subsequent workflow stage.
* Secure Packing: Wrap and package items securely to withstand transit hazards and guarantee safe arrival at the final destination.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
