## Join Us as a Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities
* Performance Monitoring: Assisting in the tracking of sales targets and distribution KPIs.
* Operational Mastery: Gaining hands-on experience in the business operations of bottled water distribution, spanning sales, logistics, and administrative functions.
* Data Analysis: Conducting detailed data analysis and preparing comprehensive operational reports to support decision-making.
* Leadership Development: Engaging in an intensive training program designed to prepare candidates for future management roles based on performance evaluations.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the Management Trainee program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
