## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for this competitive program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Accounting, Management, Economics, IT, or related fields.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25 (3.00 for selected commercial roles).
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. (Experienced hire positions require at least 2 years of relevant experience).
* Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills (Mandarin/Japanese) are a significant advantage.
