## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure the continued quality of our operations, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background:
* Industrial Engineering degree or diploma for the IE position.
* Law, Management, or related field degree/diploma for the EXIM and HR roles.
* Senior High School certification for the Pattern Maker position.
* Technical Proficiency:
* For IE and HR roles: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
* For HR: A comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Employment Law.
* For Pattern Maker and HR: Proven professional experience in the respective field is required.
* Essential Soft Skills:
* A foundational grasp of the English language.
* Demonstrated discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and a team player.
* Strong professional communication skills.
