Program Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Demographics: Male, with a maximum age of 25 years.
2. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
5. Residential Status: Prepared to reside in company-provided housing during the training period.
6. Commitment: Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond and participate in intensive training sessions.
7. Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental health, including being color-blind free.
