Production and Engineering Roles
* Production Supervisor (Kitchen Set): Requires a D3/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Interior Design. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in furniture production, expertise in CNC/machining, and strong leadership skills. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Production Supervisor (Assembly): Ideal for graduates in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 2 years of assembly line experience. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ERP systems is essential. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Leader Production (Coating): Seeking individuals with a background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Must have 2-3 years of experience in powder coating, wet painting, or anodizing processes. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Staff Research & Development (Kitchen): Open to engineering or design graduates with 2 years of R&D experience, particularly with aluminium applications and fabrication techniques. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Engineer R&D Staff: Requires a D3/S1 degree and 3 years of manufacturing R&D experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software is mandatory. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Product Development Supervisor: Requires an S1 degree in Engineering and 2 years of supervisory experience in product engineering and development methods. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
Administrative and Planning Roles
* Admin PPIC: Seeking detail-oriented individuals with at least 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of material requirement planning (MRP) is highly valued. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* PPIC Staff: Requires a degree in Engineering and 2 years of experience in the furniture or interior industry. You must be adept at material calculation and Excel-based data management. (Location: Cibitung-Bekasi)
* Estimator: S1 degree in Civil Engineering required. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project cost estimation software. (Location: Solo, Central Java)
Sales and Business Development Roles
* Sales Project (High Rise Building): Open to all educational backgrounds, including fresh graduates. Must possess strong negotiation skills and be willing to travel extensively to manage tenders and client relationships. (Locations: Bali/Solo/Bandung/Makassar)
* Sales Partisi: Seeking candidates with a background in Architecture or Engineering who have experience in the building materials industry. Strong knowledge of technical specifications and an existing client database are preferred. (Location: Bali)
