1. ERP Technical
* Perform continuous monitoring of ERP data structures.
* Develop and integrate robust APIs.
* Modify existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP Technical roles.
* Strong proficiency in Node.js and SQL Server.
* Solid understanding of ERP workflows.
2. Accounting Inventory Officer
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
* At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication and administrative abilities.
3. Legal Team Leader
* Support the Legal Manager in delivering advisory services to internal management.
* Lead the legal team in documentation, research, and recruitment/training efforts.
* Draft, review, and finalize various business agreements.
* Conduct covenant checks regarding company legalities, loans, and business cooperation.
* Ensure full compliance with internal policies, GCG, and prevailing regulations.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* 5–7 years of experience in legal positions, including at least 3 years as an in-house counsel or at a reputable law firm.
* Fluency in English and Indonesian.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
4. Accounting Team Leader
* Monitor and evaluate all accounting processes and transactions.
* Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
* Oversee annual tax payments and corporate tax reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and accounting journals.
5. Accounting Officer
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
6. Staff – Business Intelligence (DBBI)
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
* Knowledge of databases (SQL) and software development lifecycles.
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, IBM Cognos) is highly preferred.
* Understanding of data storytelling, visualization, and user experience.
* Minimum 2 years of BI experience preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
7. Purchasing Officer
* Source competitive pricing for goods and services.
* Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and track delivery schedules.
* Inspect received goods for quantity and quality compliance.
* Maintain vendor evaluation records and asset databases.
* Bachelor’s degree from any major.
* Previous internship or 1 year of purchasing experience is preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
