1. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Admin
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our logistical operations.
* Manage transporter documentation, including waybills and invoices.
* Process data entries using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
* Coordinate between departments, including Accounts Receivable and Payable.
* Support vendor management, including price comparisons and contract administration.
* Manage import documentation and coordinate financial payments related to logistics.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related field with 1+ year of administrative experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a significant advantage.
* Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* Willingness to work under a third-party contract.
2. Mill Operator
Location: Factory, Medan
The Mill Operator ensures that our production lines function at peak efficiency while maintaining our stringent quality standards.
* Oversee and monitor milling operations to ensure SOP compliance.
* Manage raw material usage and optimize production efficiency.
* Operate SCADA systems and maintain production reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Enforce health and safety (K3) standards across the production floor.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator or Foreman in FMCG or flour milling.
* Ability to work in a shift system and handle high-pressure environments.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. Warehouse Checker
Location: Factory, Cilegon, Banten
Our warehouse operations are essential to our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled, counted, and stored correctly.
* Conduct shift handovers and ensure strict compliance with HSE (K3L) regulations.
* Verify packing outputs and prepare handover documentation.
* Manage inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
* Coordinate with the loading team and forklift operators to ensure smooth dispatch.
* Support Quality Assurance in verifying cargo and managing warehouse organization.
* Minimum high school (SMA) graduate or equivalent.
* Previous experience in warehousing is preferred.
* Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
