## Current Graduate Opportunities
We are seeking ambitious, English-proficient, and tech-savvy graduates who are ready to make an impact. All candidates must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel with Visual Basic).
1. Production Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D4/S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive cross-functional continuous improvement and resolve production-related issues.
* Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
* Analyze production metrics (NCRs, rework, capacity) and track performance via Six Sigma/DPMO methodologies.
* Maintain shop floor documentation and conduct team training on new procedures.
* Provide technical expertise to optimize manufacturing times for specialized transformer designs.
2. Planning Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D4/S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to monitor stock levels.
* Collaborate with procurement, design, warehouse, and finance departments to manage workflows.
* Assist the purchasing team in developing schedules from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to final handover.
* Ensure production planning aligns with contractual deadlines and factory capacity.
* Verify that material status and production processes meet operational requirements.
3. Testing Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering. Active involvement in organizational activities is highly valued.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare transformers for rigorous testing protocols.
* Perform routine, type, and special electrical tests under supervision.
* Ensure control panels are tested and fully operational.
* Communicate test procedures to inspectors during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
* Support investigations into test failures and facilitate the creation of comprehensive test reports.
4. Quality Control Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily inspection activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Identify and document deviations or non-conformance in products and processes.
* Oversee packing procedures to ensure safety compliance and product protection.
* Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives across all manufacturing stages.
