## General Requirements for Applicants

* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or professionals with 0 to 3 years of working experience holding a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields:
Economics:* Eligible for Human Resources.
Management:* Eligible for Accounting and Human Resources.
Engineering:* Eligible for Operation Analyst and Engineering tracks.
Accounting:* Eligible for the Accounting track.
Psychology:* Eligible for the Human Resources track.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale.
* Drive and Ambition: High motivation and a deep-seated passion for the business field, particularly regarding the Human Resources track.
