* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation Management, Accounting, Informatics Engineering, Law, or Psychology.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of one year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to commit to a three-year service agreement.
* Professional Readiness: Applicants must be prepared to undergo an intensive six-month training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) period.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, maintain high ethical standards, and demonstrate strong personal initiative.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
