## Job Role: SMT Production Operator
We are actively recruiting a proficient Production Operator specifically assigned to our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) department. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of automated assembly lines, maintaining high throughput, and upholding our strict quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
To qualify for this competitive production position, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating SMT machinery within a professional manufacturing setting.
