To support our commitment to excellence and sustainable production, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator to join our production team.
## Key Responsibilities and Role Overview
The GMP Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining our operational integrity and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing production compliance, ensuring that all manufacturing processes align with industry regulations and internal quality management systems.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who demonstrates technical expertise and a proactive approach to manufacturing operations. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Preferred Background: Candidates with previous experience as a Coordinator or Team Leader in Production Operations or a related field are strongly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Compliance Expertise: Proven track record and understanding of:
* Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal - SJH)
* International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards
* Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
* General plastic production machinery operations
## Essential Requirements
* Must be willing to work in a shift or non-shift capacity as dictated by operational needs.
