## General and Specific Candidate Qualifications

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) for the Admin Warehouse position.
* Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent for Operator Concrete Pump and Operator TMC roles.
* Professional Experience:
* Candidates for all positions must possess a minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in their respective fields.
* Specifically for the Admin Warehouse role, applicants must demonstrate hands-on experience in Inventory Controls.
* Mandatory Licenses and Certifications:
* Operators (Positions 1 and 2) are required to hold a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) and a valid SIM B2 Umum (General B2 Driver's License).
* Geographical Location:
* Applicants for the Admin Warehouse position must be domiciled in North Kalimantan (Kaltara).
