1. Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in mining facility construction or industrial plants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (MS Project or Primavera P6) is essential. A POP certification is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: You will oversee mechanical design reviews, supervise construction progress, manage technical documentation, and ensure all works adhere to mining safety and health standards.
2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
Placement: Jakarta (Initial) to Wahau Minesite
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level experience in coal mining, holding valid KIT and POU certifications. We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day mining operations, optimize production targets, manage contractor performance, and ensure strict compliance with mining regulations and safety protocols.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: 15+ years of experience in bulk material handling, overland conveyors, and coal processing. You must be proficient in international standards (FIDIC 2017, ASTM, ASME, ANSI) and project planning software like Revit and MS Project.
* Key Responsibilities: Direct EPC construction projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, control project budgets and schedules, and oversee rigorous QA/QC procedures and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
4. Long Term Mine Planning
Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: S1/S2 in Mine or Geological Engineering with 5+ years of experience in open-pit mining. Advanced knowledge of mine planning software (Minescape, MineX-SPY) and a deep understanding of mining economics and KCMI codes are required.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive long-term mine plans, conduct feasibility studies, perform economic evaluations, and execute risk analysis to support organizational strategic growth.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta (with travel to Nusantara site)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience. Expertise in slope stability, foundation analysis, and software such as Geo5 and Slide is mandatory.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute geotechnical site investigations, interpret borehole and laboratory data, provide design recommendations, and implement mitigation strategies for ground-related risks.
6. Document Controller (CSAG)
Placement: Site Wahau – Askara
* Requirements: 3+ years of experience in document control within mining or construction. Proficiency in systems like Aconex or SharePoint is required, alongside superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage project documentation lifecycles, maintain version control, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project stakeholders by ensuring technical specifications and drawings are accurate and accessible.
