Key Job Qualifications
To ensure our high standards of safety and quality are maintained, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK equivalent).
* Experience: At least 1 year of general work experience. Background in food manufacturing will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Core Competencies: Strong critical and logical thinking skills, excellent time management capabilities, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
