1. Management Trainee – All Plants
Designed for high-potential graduates, this intensive program fast-tracks your career into leadership within a premier manufacturing setting.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Fresh graduates with hands-on internship experience in the manufacturing sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Exceptional administrative skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with relevant engineering software.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of foundational plastic production techniques, including injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming.
* Mobility: Fully willing to be stationed at any PT. Mitramulia Makmur plant location.

* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable IT role.

* System Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or specialized inventory management software (such as SAP or Accurate).
